Personal Growth

As an adult, my first significant growth experience was working on an HOA board. During my years in Tampa, I held several positions on the board of directors, including president. Working closely with the neighborhood’s property manager, I learned much more than Roberts Rules of Order. Being an HOA president requires perseverance, critical thinking, negotiating for win-win outcomes...and thick skin!
